A DISCOURAGING EXPERIENCE

On Thursday, I went out on evangelism and I had a place where I went to teach believer’s class to a girl I met prior to that time. But when I started teaching, her mom came back and spoke about how her daughter is a Christian and that the people we need to preach to are unbelievers and so on. I left there and went straight home because I’d been feeling somehow that day, even before I went to that place. I told myself that I’d go out the next day, but I didn’t go. I postponed it till Saturday but on Saturday, I felt this serious fear and dread to go out right up till when I escorted my mom to go about her business.

OVERCOMING THE ENEMY- FEAR

On my way back home, I started speaking the word of God concerning fear out loud. All the scriptures I knew on fear, I said them one by one. By the time I reached home, I felt energized, excited and determined to go out on evangelism today. By God’s grace I did go and it was wonderful helping someone overcome where I once didn’t. I felt good that I didn’t let fear ride me but I fought it with my sword! I’m sure swords were slashing in the spirit realm as I was saying God’s words!

Secondly, about the journal thing that God told us to keep. I just want to remind us to keep them and record our experiences and testimonies.
