Selfishness: Hoarding Supplies

I saw a poor person without shoes, wearing rag clothes. He had no footwear, and his feet were dirty. I saw someone else, and this person gave him a pair of shoes.

Later, I saw that the man who had been barefoot and ragged became rich and had plenty food. Then, I saw that dirty people with only slippers on their feet would come to his place, and the rich man would not give them shoes, despite the fact that he had more than enough.

I saw a person given bread; the person was walking around and putting the bread inside a basket, and the basket was overflowing. Then he would carry a lot of it and put inside clothes and baskets – _plenty._ He was not even doing anything with it; he was just keeping it to himself. Then I heard, “Don’t be selfish; give out what you have heard.”

I saw a man given a pack of juice by another person who opened the juice and poured it into a cup for him to drink. After the first man drank it, he was given the whole packet of juice. Other people were there, but instead of pouring it into cups for them, he kept it to himself. (He did not drink the rest, either!)

Then I saw him going for war, and at the end of the war, a demon (a high demon – higher than other demons) came and killed him, and I heard, “Selfishness.” He could defeat other demons, but he wouldn’t be able to defeat selfishness.
