The Power Of A Rebuke

While we were praying for the Church in Nigeria, I heard this shall be the cure Deuteronomy 6:4-8 Hear, o Israel: The Lord our God is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart, you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you lie down, and when you rise up.
I heard that we are still very afraid of offending each other, so we avoid confronting each other. I heard that this is also how other believers outside our congregation treat themselves. We will like to be in each other’s good books but we should be careful that while staying on people’s good books they don’t walk into destruction. Your greatest fan is not the person who condones you but never corrects you rather it’s the person who condones you but corrects you.
I saw a vision of a man I don’t know who he was but he was a leader of a church group and he was growing wider and his shoulders were expanding. I saw that light was coming out of the man and the light kept coming out of him till he slumped and died. Then to my shock, the members gathered around him and said ‘I knew this will happen one day, I just thought someone else should warn him not myself, I didn’t think he will listen to me’ then they all went their different ways.
This is why the body of Christ loses so many anointed men of God to the devil. We condone them but we do not correct them. I heard that if we do not put away fear and the desire for acceptability amongst us that this will be the story for us.
I saw a mother who had three sons, her first and second sons were well behaved but her third son was not. I saw that she was tired of teaching and repeating the lessons, stories and warnings she gave the other boys while they were growing. I heard we should not be tired of doing good.
