The Blindness Of Unbelief

18th October 2019

When we were praying, I saw a dark pig-like demon or spirit, and it was kneeling in the middle aisle of the hall.

It was black and sticky with flies buzzing around it, and it smelt like rotting flesh. It was very disgusting.

Somehow, it reminded me of the pig-head on the stick in the jungle that seemed to speak to Simon in the book, ‘Lord of The Flies’.

I heard that this demon was a spirit of unbelief, and it intended to blind our eyes from seeing God’s goodness, faithfulness, and outstretched arm to save us and discipline us.

In a sense, he seemed to be subdued, but he had influenced people in the room, especially regarding the prophetic revelations we received.

I could see and hear the thoughts that someone had. He kept saying things like, “This is just a story. That is not for me. Let us see how this one will happen. In fact, nothing bad will happen to me.”

It was a bit concerning that this spirit could send out those thoughts and influence people, even as it was restrained. However, I had the impression that if you welcome unbelieving thoughts, they will come to you, and it will result in blindness.
