God’s people are described as a building, an army, a harem, athletes, a family and more. Buildings require a foundation, soldiers must undergo basic military training, the wives-to-be have their beauty treatments, and so on. Without proper beginnings, there is no hope for a successful ending, no matter present appearances. The house will fall, the army scatter, the women will be disqualified, the athlete fail, the family will be dysfunctional. I’m sure you understand.
Why is there such poor quality Christianity today in contrast to the early church in spite of their own significant shortcomings? The answer: If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Psalm 11:3 No matter where we turn, incredible occurrences (for even the unbelieving) are heard within the walls of those that have the Holy Spirit. The justified (those made righteous by faith) cannot overcome a faulty foundation. The winds, rains and storms will come. Then the building will fall. And this has nothing to do with your biological lineage. Let’s correct this anomaly. It’s time to build according to the pattern as commanded.
Do you want to never fall? Let’s correct the foundation from the Book of Corrections. Scripture. Everything you believe is shaped by this. The crooked or cracked wall can be avoided The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids test, the children of men. The LORD tests the righteous: but the wicked and him that loves violence his soul hates. Psalm 11:4-5 Let His words assess YOUR FOUNDATIONS.
