War Drums

 17th November 2020

While praying for the body of Christ, that there should be a revival and a reawakening,  I heard “Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.” Immediately, I saw an angel standing with a sword and a staff.  I had the impression that the rod was synonymous with the sword.

Then I started hearing the sound of war drums. A vision I had some days ago came to mind:

I was in the kitchen with my niece, preparing her breakfast, when she started singing one of her baby songs. I think that was the first time I heard her sing something like that. In my usual way, I joined her, but I was startled by what happened next.
Almost immediately, I saw a group of drummers beating some war drums, and the tune they produced was exactly what my niece was singing over here.

Then I saw Levites blowing shofars, walking in front of a marching army. Behind them were soldiers dressed in different colours of uniforms, well arranged. Each segment had its specific duty. I also saw soldiers standing on a wall.

I thought the vision had ended at this point when I saw a different category of people. They were on their knees praying fervently, while others went to the battle field (I didn’t have an impression that they were staying behind because they were hurt or injured; they were as fit as other soldiers). This was the duty assigned to them.
